MSNBC journalist Gadi Schwartz, reporting from Tijuana in Mexico, says migrants are turning around and going back to their home country after realizing entry into the U.S. isn’t as ‘easy’ as they were told it would be.
Schwartz indicates that many of the men were told by people in their villages in Honduras that it would be easy to cross the southern border, and that work programs were available.
“Many of these men tell us that they heard in Honduras that it would be easy to cross into the United States,” he relayed.
Schwartz then walked cameramen over to a tent that had been set up for individuals who “want to go back to Honduras or Guatemala, or El Salvador.”
The reporter noted that events on Sunday – when border patrol fired off tear gas canisters at violent migrants – may have been the catalyst that propelled them to turn back.
“They have realized that it is very difficult to get into the United States,” Schwartz explained, “especially after what happened on Sunday, some of them are deciding to turn back.”

It has to be so difficult for MSNBC to admit President Trump just might know what the hell he’s doing when it comes to securing the nation and stopping lawlessness at the border.
Who’s Instructing These People on How to Enter the Country?
One question arises from this report: Who exactly is instructing these migrants on how to breach the border, whether by claiming to be a ‘refugee’ and fleeing violence in their home country, or applying for a so-called work program?
“Some of them told us that they had heard that there were programs, work programs,” Schwartz reported.
Even the woman in the viral tear gas canister picture, the one dragging her half-clothed children from the danger she’s put them in, admitted she’s not here for safety purposes – she’s there for work.
“I’m a mother who needs a job,” she told BuzzFeed News. “I work to help my kids move forward and give them the best.”
Maybe if you really wanted a better opportunity for your kids, you would have followed proper and legal means to enter the country and give them a better life, instead of placing them in the line of fire between migrants throwing rocks and agents rightly defending the nation’s border.
Here’s Who They Should Have Listened To
What these migrants should have been told, or should have listened to was the President of the United States who said they’re not getting into America illegally.
Mexico should move the flag waving Migrants, many of whom are stone cold criminals, back to their countries. Do it by plane, do it by bus, do it anyway you want, but they are NOT coming into the U.S.A. We will close the Border permanently if need be. Congress, fund the WALL!

The country isn’t run by weak-kneed bleeding heart liberals anymore. Those days are over.
We’ve Seen This Before
Shortly after President Trump’s election, chief immigration adviser and potential replacement for Kirstjen Nielsen at the Department of Homeland Security, Kris Kobach, predicted that illegals will realize “it’s getting hard to disobey federal law, and may leave on their own.”
Something amazing happened shortly thereafter.
Reuters reported that “Refugees in the United States … are flocking to Canada in growing numbers.”
They were self-deporting because it’s too hard to simply cross the border illegally under the current administration. Just like the migrant caravan is doing now.
