Seeing a self-described Democratic socialist sing the praises of Castro isn’t shocking, but it is an important reminder of what the resistance party is quickly morphing into Phase 6 web app. Sanders is, after all, the man along with Joe Biden who consistently tops the polls in the fledgling Democrat primary.
For those who wish to rewrite history and offer glowing takes on Fidel, it’s good to remind those young impressionable minds that Castro was a sick, demented murderer video zdf. He killed tens of thousands of people and forced the country into wild impoverishment herunterladen.
He imprisoned dissidents and imposed one-party rule on the island nation.
Bernie, as he has been for most of his career, is on the wrong side of history herunterladen. Castro’s revolution helped usher in rising anti-American sentiments in Cuba, something that apparently ‘excites’ Sanders.

Bernie, however, was a big fan.
Also a Fan of Bread Lines
This isn’t the first time Sanders’ radical views have been pronounced out in the open for everyone to hear.
He previously praised Castro as a forward-thinking leader who “educated their kids, gave their kids health care, totally transformed the society.”
He has even openly praised bread lines.
“It’s funny, sometimes American journalists talk about how bad a country is because people are lining up for food. That is a good thing!” Sanders suggested. “In other countries, people don’t line up for food. The rich get the food and the poor starve to death.”
Bernie, loves those breadlines….

“You know, not to say Fidel Castro and Cuba are perfect – they are certainly not – but just because Ronald Reagan dislikes these people does not mean to say the people in these nations feel the same,” Sanders says in a 1985 video.
Ladies and gentleman, your leader in the Democrat race to unseat a President who wants to ‘Make America Great Again’ is a man who wants to make America the Soviet Union.
