With re-election safely behind him, President Obama can now rest easy knowing that any time he blames the previous administration’s policies on the ills effecting the country presently, it will be one of the few times it won’t be a lie.
Gallup has a new report out titled, “U.S. Unadjusted Unemployment Shoots Back Up“, and one can only infer that the usual White House excuse will continue to hold true – it was due to the previous President’s policies.
Or maybe Drudge says it best –
U.S. unemployment, as measured by Gallup without seasonal adjustment, was 7.8% for the month of November, up significantly from 7.0% for October. Gallup’s seasonally adjusted unemployment rate is 8.3%, nearly a one-point increase over October’s rate…
… Underemployment, as measured without seasonal adjustment, was 17.2% in November, a 1.3-point increase since the end of October. The uptick in November also puts an end to the six-month trend of improvements or no change.
The President actually owning this however, is merely a pipe dream.
