Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, flanked by Princess Anne, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, and French President Emmanuel Macron, has been caught on video mocking President Trump for engaging the press in a lengthy conference at the NATO summit in London.
Earlier in the day, Trump bantered back and forth with media members often critical of him not granting press briefings in a lengthy diatribe about the impeachment witch hunt, as well as a verbal altercation with Macron over France’s unwillingness to take back ISIS fighters.
In the video, Johnson jokes with Macron, “Is that why you were late?”
Trudeau, trying to play the cool kid on the scene, interjected and said, “He was late because he [Trump] takes a 40-minute press conference off the top – ‘Oh, ya, ya, ya.'”
“You just watched his team’s jaws drop to the floor,” the Canadian PM added.
If you ever wondered what world leaders chat about in private, well here at NATO they’re gossiping about #Trump.

Trudeau’s the Joke
This isn’t the first time Trudeau has tried to make a mockery of President Trump on the world stage, and it likely won’t be the last.
Just over a year ago today, Trudeau made a scene at the signing of a trade pact between him, the President, and Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto.
There, Trudeau refused to hold up a copy of the trade pact despite Trump’s urging him to do so, repeatedly referred to the President as “Donald” as opposed to his proper title, and repeatedly refused to call the agreement by its proper name.
Perhaps we should be thankful that this is one of the rare videos surfacing that doesn’t show Trudeau wearing blackface.
Caught gossiping about Trump? 👀
Boris Johnson, Emmanuel Macron, Justin Trudeau, Mark Rutte and Princess Anne all appear to be having a jocular conversation about an unnamed associate at a Buckingham Palace reception.

Behind His Back
On social media, liberals were quick to pounce on the Trudeau video, citing it as evidence that the world laughs at America as long as Donald Trump is President.
Political commentator, and oft-unintelligent voice of the left, Ian Bremmer wrote, “This happens at every NATO summit with Trump. Every G7. Every G20. The US President is mocked by US allies behind his back.”
The difference, Ian, is that under Barack Obama, our allies were openly mocking the United States through their actions, raking this country over the coals with bad trade deals, bad nuclear deals, bad climate deals, bad military deals.
Let Trudeau laugh behind Trump’s back – it’s the best he can do while Trump strengthens America through his negotiating skills.

While world leaders are snickering behind the President’s back, Trump continues to light them up, right in front of them.
One such example was when he threatened to slap tariffs on French wine right in front of Macron.
He later suggested the French President take “some nice ISIS fighters” and when Macron asked him to “be serious” joked, “This is why he’s a great politician, because that’s one of the greatest non-answers I’ve ever heard.”
Those politicians can laugh all they want knowing they’re bowing to the whim of a pro-American President at nearly every turn.
“He’s two-faced,” Trump said after hearing about Trudeau’s behavior adding, “honestly with Trudeau, he’s a nice guy.”
