While appearing on Fox Business Sunday Morning, Trump attorney Sidney Powell told Maria Bartiromo that her team is preparing to “overturn” the election results in multiple states as a result of a barrage of evidence she claimed shows the president actually won by millions of votes.
“We’re getting ready to overturn election results in multiple states,” she said. “I don’t make comments without having the evidence to back it up.”
According to the Epoch Times:
Powell claimed that elections software switched “millions of votes” from Trump to Democratic presidential nominee nominee Joe Biden.
Powell is notably the counsel to former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn, engineering a stunning comeback with the Department of Justice moving to drop charges.
Powell said a whistleblower has come forward alleging that the voting software was designed to “rig elections.”
“He saw it happen in other countries,” she said, apparently referring to election hardware and software by Dominion Voting Systems and Smartmatic, or perhaps other software and machines.
“They did this on purpose. It was calculated and they’ve done it before. We have evidence from 2016 in California. We have so much evidence, I feel like it’s coming in through a fire hose,” Powell told Bartiromo.
Here’s a video of Sidney Powell’s comments:
It should be noted, Powell and the Trump campaign have yet to reveal much of the evidence they claim to have.
Sidney Powell also revealed that Peter Neffenger, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Smartmatic, served as Administrator of the Transportation Security Administration from July 2015 to January 20, 2017 and was named a member of Joe Biden’s transition team.

And it turns out that concerns about the software have been around for some time, as the Epoch Times noted:
Powell also referred to a 2019 investigation by Sens. Amy Klobuchar (D-Minn.), Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.), Ron Wyden (D-Ore.), as well as other Democratic lawmakers into Dominion Voting Systems, Election Systems & Software, and Hart InterCivic. The senators had expressed concerns about the security of the voting systems.
“(W)e have concerns about the spread and effect of private equity investment in many sectors of the economy, including the election technology industry—an integral part of our nation’s democratic process,” wrote the lawmakers in their letters to the firms about a year ago. “These problems threaten the integrity of our elections and demonstrate the importance of election systems that are strong, durable, and not vulnerable to attack.”
If Sidney Powell is right about the election, grab some popcorn and get ready for the fireworks as they ‘release the kraken.’
If she’s wrong, she’s really put her reputation before the firing squad.
