Hip Hop artist, Snoop Dogg, and other rappers expressed outrage after Fox News host Laura Ingraham mocked deceased rapper Nipsey Hussle’s song called “FDT.”

Now, Hussle by all accounts appears to have been a strong community leader, creating foundations for children and having been well-known for charity efforts.

But seriously folks, Ingraham wasn’t poking fun at a recently deceased artist. She was poking fun at a vile song with reprehensible lyrics that appears to have been written by somebody with the intellectual capacity of a potato.

The “FDT” in Hussle’s lyrical masterpiece stands for “F*** Donald Trump.”

For those unfamiliar with the song-writing prowess behind the music, here is a link to the lyrics. We won’t print them here, even censored, because it would require the use of too many asterisks. The chorus alone consists of eight instances of the F-word, mixed with an occasional N-word for good measure.

Ingraham played a clip of the music video for “FDT,” and explained, “that’s a very creative refrain.”

She then joked, “The chorus that goes on and on, is that related to lowest unemployment ever, basically, for African-Americans?”

Faux Outrage

Naturally, the outrage brigade came out of the woodwork claiming Ingraham was mocking the death of the artist when in reality she was mocking a song that deserves ridicule.

Rappers ‘The Game,’ and the aforementioned Dogg, demonstrating a severely limited vocabulary, an ailment which plagues the music industry, posted some vile statements about Ingraham.

Mr. Game referred to her as a “disrespectful ****” and urged his millions of followers to demand her firing.

Mr. Dogg chimed in by saying, “I’m in.”

Another Rapper, T.I., slammed the Fox News host and her guest saying: “This is Disgusting! You both are vile despicable, poor excuses for people.”

Who knew that these artists with such street cred could be so sensitive? Is it too much to ask that they discern between the man who did positive things in his community from the artist who created a trash song?

Again, Ingraham was not mocking his death. She was mocking the song. Get over it.

Hussle, in a Billboard interview in 2016, has held other critical views of the President, describing Trump’s view of illegal immigrants thusly:

“That made me like dude is definitely out of his mind and our country sounding crazy for even taking him as a legitimate candidate. It says something about the American people if he do actually get elected.”

Fortunately, he ‘were’ actually elected.

Snoop’s Own Anti-Trump Music

Perhaps D-O-Double-G is simply bitter because he shares Hussle’s view in that song.

This is, after all, the same guy who produced an album cover featuring the rapper standing over a body draped in an American flag with a toe-tag that reads, “Trump.”

In a video for the ‘song’ “Lavender,” Snoop is depicted firing a gun at a clown version of the President. He said at the time that the mock assassination was done because “nobody’s dealing with the real issue with this f****** clown as a president.”

He also has a long rap sheet of gun crimes in his past. Maybe that’s what fuels his anger.

Or maybe he’s just jealous of Hussle’s superior grasp of the English language. It’s difficult to say.
