Robert De Niro Launches Profane Attack on President Trump at Tony Awards

Hollywood elites really, truly have no idea why they are loathed by everyday Americans.

Nowhere was that more evident than this weekend’s Tony Awards, where a washed up actor launched a vulgar attack on live television aimed at the President of the United States … and received a standing ovation for doing so!

Robert De Niro, whose best bet at any future success in Hollywood rests squarely on a Meet the Fockers sequel, tried reclaiming the glory days in front of a like-minded crowd at the Tony’s by screaming two words that got him censored – “F*** Trump!”

He followed that vile effort with raised arms and clenched fists as he soaked up the applause and ovation that followed.

What a freaking disgrace this guy is.

“I’m going to say one thing, f*** Trump,” De Niro said fists held high in the air. “It’s no longer down with Trump. It’s f*** Trump.”

CBS censored the actor, but the crowd in attendance loved it, rising to their feet in unison. Nearly every single one of them. Not exactly a representative response with the rest of America, half of which actively support President Trump.

These people simply do not get what put Trump in the White House – an appeal to the average American for a better life over a corrupt establishment in both political parties – and what is going to put Trump back in the White House in 2020.

Keep talking, clowns.

A spokesperson for CBS issued a terse statement regarding the incident. They didn’t condemn De Niro’s comments, they just claimed they had no idea he was going to do it.

“Mr. De Niro’s comments were unscripted and unexpected,” they wrote. “The offensive language was deleted from the broadcast.”

But anyone who reads these pages or pays any mind to De Niro knows this isn’t the first time he’s engaged in such behavior and therefore, his actions could not be considered unexpected.

In January, while introducing Meryl Streep at a National Board of Review awards gala, De Niro went off on a wild tangent that included references to Trump as the “j***off in chief,” a “f***ing fool,” and a “f***ing idiot.”

De Niro has been acting like this ever since his equally washed up muse, Hillary Clinton, lost the election to Trump.

He first tarnished his reputation in the eyes of Trump supporters when he released a campaign video prior to the election, in which he said: “He’s a punk, he’s a dog, he’s a pig, he’s a con, a bullshit artist…he talks about how he’d like to punch people in the face. Well, I’d like to punch him in the face.”

When Hillary Clinton lost, De Niro compared the election of Trump to the terrorist attacks on 9/11 that killed over 3,000 Americans.

This past summer he called the President “dangerous” and said he’s “a flat-out blatant racist.”

Here’s the amazing part – all of those above comments by De Niro, they’re practically the Democrat party’s platform verbatim. This is their strategy to defeat Trump in 2020.

They’re practically guaranteeing a second term.
