Report: Major Accomplice to Orlando Terrorist Attack Arrested

Somehow, in an unfathomable display of incompetence, President Obama’s FBI lost track of the wife of terrorist Omar Mateen months ago, a potential accomplice in the Pulse nightclub shooting that killed 49 people and wounded 53 others.

Noor Salman, the wife, told the FBI at the time that she was with Mateen when he bought ammunition and a holster, drove him to the club to case the scene, and fully admitted that she suspected he was about to commit a terrorist act.

Yet, they let her slip out of their sight!

CNN is reporting that Salman has finally been caught and arrested in, of all places, the sanctuary city of San Francisco.

Via CNN:

Noor Salman, the wife of Pulse nightclub shooter Omar Mateen, was arrested in the San Francisco area Monday. She faces federal charges that include obstruction of justice and aiding and abetting her husband’s material support to ISIS.

Salman is expected to appear in court Tuesday in Oakland, according to Assistant US Attorney Abraham Simmons.

The federal charges were filed in the Middle District of Florida, according to a law enforcement official. The arrest was first reported by The New York Times.

Authorities believe Salman acted of her own free will and knowingly took steps to obstruct the investigation into the massacre, according to a law enforcement official.

Have to love CNN’s attempt to subliminally create sympathy for Salman by referring to her as a ‘widow’ in the headline. How about ‘accomplice to terror’ instead?

The terror accomplice had claimed she was coerced by Mateen through abusive behavior, something officials say does not hold up to scrutiny.

According to reports, Salman had also exchanged texts and phone calls with Mateen while the attack was being carried out.

Amazing that someone so clearly involved with the Orlando terrorist attack was allowed to roam free for so many months after the slaughter.
