Report: DNC Operative Colluded With Ukrainian Embassy to Find Dirt on Trump in 2016

In a stunning revelation, the Ukrainian Embassy in Washington claims that an operative in the DNC sought dirt in 2016 on then-candidate for President, Donald Trump.
John Solomon of The Hill reports that Ukrainian Ambassador Valeriy Chaly’s office provided written answers revealing that an insider with the DNC (Democratic National Committee) sought information on Paul Manafort.
The DNC contractor, Alexandra Chalupa, wanted the information in hopes of exposing Manafort’s links to the country during the campaign and forcing the issue to be brought forth to Congress.
Election Interference
Chalupa also tried to arrange the opportunity for an investigative journalist to ask the President of Ukraine about Manafort during a visit to the United States.
“Chalupa later tried to arrange for Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko to comment on Manafort’s Russian ties on a U.S. visit during the 2016 campaign,” Solomon writes.
Ambassador Chaly said, “the embassy considered her requests an inappropriate solicitation of interference in the U.S. election.”
“Ukraine’s embassy in Washington says a Democratic National Committee insider during the 2016 election solicited dirt on @realDonaldTrump‘s campaign chairman and even tried to enlist the country’s president to help.” https://t.co/nZjpyj3xq0

The revelation, Solomon surmises, demonstrates that there is “growing evidence a foreign power was asked, and in some cases tried, to help Hillary Clinton.”
It would appear there was some collusion between a presidential candidate and a foreign entity in 2016 after all. Again – A DNC operative sought to interfere in the U.S. election. It’s time to investigate the other side!
More Signs of Collusion
Solomon notes that this new report is the “most direct acknowledgment by Ukraine’s government that an American tied to the Democratic Party sought the country’s help in the 2016 election.”
The embassy’s answers contradict their previous efforts to deny that Chalupa’s contact involved trying to dig up dirt.
“Donald Trump wasn’t the only presidential candidate whose campaign was boosted by officials of a former Soviet bloc country,” a 2017 Politico article reads. “Ukrainian government officials tried to help Hillary Clinton and undermine Trump by publicly questioning his fitness for office.”
Someone tell @SpeakerPelosi @AOC @SenSchumer and @IlhanMN quickly! They will handle this. ??

Another Hill report in April indicates that the Obama White House invited Ukrainian law enforcement officials to a meeting in January of 2016 to discuss “a lobbying firm linked closely to then-candidate Trump.”
How much more evidence do officials need that Obama and Team Hillary were trying to derail the President at every turn?
Even after the election, Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), the top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee, attempted to collect “classified” material from the Ukrainian Embassy in the hopes of embarrassing Trump.
Schiff fell for a prank involving comedians posing as a Ukrainian member of Parliament (Andriy Parubiy) and told him that Vladimir Putin had naked blackmail pictures of Trump. He then arranged for staff to collect the documents from Ukraine’s embassy in D.C.
