“This administration has taken a lot of people by surprise,” Scott said. “And it’s going to surprise you guys even more because this is probably the most proactive administration regarding urban America and the faith-based community in my lifetime.”
Perhaps that surprise will morph into further acceptance as Trump’s economic platform of massive deregulation and tax cuts continues to spur historically low unemployment numbers in the black community.
