Obamacare Liars Attack Drudge For Allegedly Lying

The actual tax code causes Obamacare fans a serious case of the vapors, which may or may not be covered under Obamacare.

Via the Washington Times:

Left leaning media outlets criticized Internet news mogul  Matt Drudge ’s tweets on Friday, but the backlash stemmed from a misunderstanding of how Obamacare will affect small businesses.

On Friday, Matt Drudge tweeted, “Just paid the Obamacare penalty for not ‘getting covered’… I’M CALLING IT A LIBERTY TAX.

A few minutes later, Jason Lee, the Director of Progressive Media at the White House, tweeted a response, saying Mr. Drudge’s tweet was a, “flat lie, no fee for previous year. Scary how much influence he once had.”

From there, the tweets came rolling in, attacking Mr. Drudge via social media and liberal news outlets, Breitbart reported.

“Dude, there’s no penalty until next yr,” Sahil Kapur of Talking Points Memo tweeted, followed with a full story in the news outlet with a headline saying Mr. Drudge was “probably lying.”

“Americans don’t pay a penalty for not having health insurance until they file their 2014 taxes—in 2014,” Dylan Scott wrote in the story. “So either Drudge is lying or he paid a huge penalty a year earlier than he needed to.”

A similar story appeared in Huffington post, in which the author, Jeffrey Young, wrote Mr. Drudge’s tweet was “weird” and a “little head-scratching.”

The bill was proposed by Democrats, not one Republican voted for it. The President said it was not a tax, the Supreme Court ruled it was constitutional because it was a tax.

Anyone who objected to it was a hater, a racist and did not care about children.

A citizen pays the tax, tweets about it, and he is labeled a liar and stupid.

Only in this 1984ish utopia could the group of people who proposed the law, wrote the law, voted for the law, signed the law, and bragged about it, be so angry when it is followed.

Look for The President to quietly publish a waiver, late on a Friday afternoon, for the quarterly payments, in order to insure us the glitches are being worked out, and as it turns out Matt Drudge will be a liar, retroactively.

“But we have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it – away from the fog of the controversy.”
Nancy Pelosi

You passed the bill, we are finding out, the fog has lifted and it is not good.
