Former Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley praised President Trump for his actions in taking out Iranian Gen. Qassem Soleimani, adding that the only people mourning his loss are Democrats.
“What the president did left the Iranian regime completely flat-footed,” Haley said during an interview with Fox News personality Sean Hannity. “They did not see this coming. They thought they could continue to do their multiple strikes.”
Now, she believes, Iran is “shaking in their boots” trying to figure out what to do.
Haley also noted that the literal tears coming from the ayatollah were due to the fact he is now without his number one general – a general responsible for killing hundreds of Americans.
“You could see the ayatollah crying today, because that was his number one strategist,” she pointed out. “That was the number one guy that has literally told all of the proxies in all of these countries who to kill, when to kill, how to kill.”
“And that guy is now gone.”

Guess Who Else Is Mourning
Nikki Haley also suggested that there are only two groups of people shedding tears over Soleimani’s death – the radical hardliners in Iran and Democrat lawmakers.
Not China. Not Russia. Nobody in the Gulf. Just Iran’s leaders and the American left.
“The only ones that are mourning the loss of Suleimani are our Democrat leadership, and our Democrat presidential candidates,” she correctly alleged.
“No one else in the world, because they knew that this man had evil veins,” she continued. “They knew what he was capable of. And they saw the destruction and the lives lost based from his hands.”

She’s Not Wrong
As difficult as it may be to hear that there are lawmakers taking sides with a brutal murderer of American military men and women, Haley is absolutely correct in her assessment.
Representative Ilhan Omar (D-MN) said her congressional Democratic colleagues are “outraged” that Trump ordered an airstrike and killed Soleimani.
Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez called the actions of the United States an “act of war” and suggested the President had engaged in “war crime(s).”
Even house Speaker Nancy Pelosi criticized the attack that killed Soleimani, a man with the blood of over 600 Americans on his hands, as “disproportionate.”
In 2015, as former president Barack Obama was trying to sell people on his failed nuclear deal with Iran, he said: “It’s those hard-liners chanting ‘Death to America’ … They’re making common cause with the Republican caucus.”
The assertion at the time was absurd as Republicans were trying to prevent Iran from attaining nuclear power.
But, just for a moment, replace the word ‘Republican’ with ‘Democrat’ in that quote, and the truth today is finally revealed.
‘It’s those hard-liners chanting ‘Death to America’ … They’re making common cause with the Democrat caucus.’
Ladies and gentlemen – your modern Democrat party.
