Appearing at a Women’s Summit in Los Angeles, Michelle Obama criticized other women for allowing President Trump to defeat Hillary Clinton in the 2016 election.
The former First Lady said she’s “concerned about us as women and how we think” in light of the results that ushered Trump into the White House.
“What is going on in our heads where we let that happen, you know?” she added.
Obama proceeded to say that Hillary lost because other women held her to a higher standard than men.
“If we as women are still suspicious of one another, if we still have this crazy, crazy bar for each other that we don’t have for men,” she babbled on, “if we’re not comfortable with the notion that a woman could be our president compared to … what, then we have to have those conversations with ourselves as women.”
In other words, all women should have voted for Hillary – Not based on ability, platform, or accomplishments, but solely because she is a woman.
It is offensive to suggest that all women should have voted for Hillary, simply because she is a woman. This is NOT enough to get my vote.
A lot of women are very empowered, educated & have a strong mind. That’s why they DIDN’T VOTE for Hillary.https://t.co/seP61wep1x

We thought the Democrat party was supposed to be about empowering women, not demanding that they all think exactly alike. Maybe Michelle needs to sit down and read some of Kanye’s tweets.
Conservative actor James Woods responded to Obama’s assinine comments in a fiery message.
“You didn’t ‘let’ anything happen,” he retorted before explaining the nuances of the election process to her.
“The citizens of the United States, through the power of the Constitution, duly elected a President of their choice,” Woods said. “May come as a shock to you, madam, but the People speak in America.”
“We don’t do what you ‘let’ us do.”
Someone’s going to need some ice for that burn.
You didn’t “let” anything happen. The citizens of the United States, through the power of the Constitution, duly elected a President of their choice. May come as a shock to you, madam, but the People speak in America. We don’t do what you “let” us do. https://t.co/LONhWHMxsE

This marks the second time in less than a week that Woods flattened Michelle Obama after she made ridiculous comments.
Previously, Obama hailed herself America’s ‘forever first lady,’ to which Woods responded in kind:
With all due respect you aren’t our “forever First Lady.” No one is, nor should anyone be. Pump your brakes a tad. pic.twitter.com/PhCFe96bAI

To be clear, this is a genuine belief of Obama’s – that women were too stupid and self-loathing to vote for the supposedly uber-qualified Clinton.
She hammered female Trump supporters in past comments, claiming they went against the cause of their own gender by voting Republican.
“Any woman who voted against Hillary Clinton voted against their own voice,” Obama declared at a conference in September. “It doesn’t say as much about Hillary, and everybody’s trying to worry about what it means for Hillary and no, no, no, what does this mean for us, as women?”
Actually, continually blaming women for Hillary’s loss, saying they don’t understand the ramifications for their own gender, and insinuating they were ignorant by ‘allowing’ Trump to win says an awful lot about you, Mrs. Obama.
Woods is right – The American people, men and women, spoke up in 2016. Nobody ‘let’ it happen.
