A man with a long record of illegal entry into the United States is being deported for the sixth time.

The Department of Justice announced that Jose Alejandro Balderas-Figueroa was senetenced to time served (six weeks) for illegally re-entering the U.S. for the fifth time.

Balderas-Figueroa, 36, formerly of Pelham, Ala., admitted that he returned to the U.S. almost immediately after his previous deportation to Mexico on Oct. 6, 2016.

He also admitted that he had been deported previously on May 18, 2015, Sept. 7, 2014, Jan. 25, 2007 and June 5, 2000.
