Melania Trump slammed critics in the media for “ridiculing” her cyberbullying campaign saying she remains dedicated to the cause despite their efforts.
The First Lady was speaking at a conference about online safety, attending an event titled “Creating a culture of responsibility online” when she made the comments.
In the face of unfair media criticism, Mrs. Trump defended her ‘Be Best’ campaign, essentially saying she can handle the backlash and will continue to do so for the children.
“It is not news or surprising to me that critics in the media have chosen to ridicule me for speaking on this issue, and that’s okay,” she announced to conference goers. “I remain committed to tackling this topic because it will provide a better world for our children.”
Enjoyed hearing from some very bright students on how they are taking action around the importance of online safety and responsibility. Thank you @FOSI and all the participants from today for tackling this very important issue. #BeBest #fosi2018 pic.twitter.com/RcurLQhlTs

Mrs. Trump has received her fair share of media criticism due to the perception that President Trump is himself an online bully. The reality is that he is defending himself against liberal bullies who advance fake news report.

The First Lady has even been ridiculously mocked for the campaign’s nickname, with blue checkmark liberals berating her English skills.
Trump has previously ripped critics saying “I could say that I’m the most bullied person in the world.”
She also raised eyebrows by wearing a jacket which read, “I really don’t care, do you?” something President Trump claimed at the time was a shot at the media.
“I REALLY DON’T CARE, DO U?” written on the back of Melania’s jacket, refers to the Fake News Media. Melania has learned how dishonest they are, and she truly no longer cares!

Melania’s Been Feisty of Late
Aside from tackling media critics at a cyberbullying conference, the First Lady has really been on quite a roll of late. She’s not taking anything from anybody at this point.
Melania refused to let it slide when Michelle Obama criticized her for not calling her predecessor for advice. Her response indicated she had ignored Obama’s offer for advice because she is a “strong and independent woman.”
Along with that roast, Mrs. Trump has been firing back at other media lies, successfully demanding the firing of Deputy National Security Advisor Mira Ricardel, and reportedly pressuring President Trump to fire his Chief of Staff John Kelly.
Doesn’t Look Like She Needs Help
It seems pretty clear Melania Trump doesn’t need help from Michelle Obama or anyone for that matter. When she wants somebody fired, they’re gone. When she gets hit by the media, she hits back. When people attack her family, she makes a phone call.

The point here is that Mrs. Trump is, in fact, one of the most bullied people on the planet when it comes to vicious online attacks. But I wouldn’t want to be on the receiving end now that she’s decided to fight back.
