John Earle Sullivan, a 26-year-old left-wing activist and “known agitator,” has been arrested for his role in the Capitol riots after he was caught on film shouting “it’s our house” and “we got to get this s**t burned.”
Sullivan, who has previously taken part in Black Lives Matter protests, told multiple media outlets prior to his arrest that he was simply on-site to ‘document’ the events at the Capitol.
In an interview with CNN’s Anderson Cooper after the riot, the left-wing agitator “implied that he was passively observing the situation as it unfolded.”
Sullivan told Fox News last week that he’d followed a pro-Trump mob into the Capitol in order to “document” the siege.
Now, however, Fox is reporting that the left-wing activist played a more pivotal role in sparking some of the unrest.

John Earle Sullivan – Left-Wing Activist – Arrested For Role in Capitol Riot
John Earle Sullivan has now been arrested after video footage appeared to show him inciting rioters.
Fox reports that the left-wing activist “was charged Thursday in federal court in Washington after being arrested by the FBI” and “remains in custody in Toeele County, in his home state of Utah, on a U.S. Marshals Service hold request.”
Sullivan has been charged with knowingly entering a restricted building, violent entry, and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds, as well as interfering with law enforcement.
Rolling Stone indicates he is already facing rioting and criminal mischief charges “stemming from a Black Lives Matter protest in Utah last year.”

Sullivan Incriminated Himself With Video at the Capitol
Sullivan had tweeted up-close video of the moment a Capitol Police officer fatally shot 14-year Air Force veteran Ashli Babbitt during the riot.
Video that he provided to the FBI was actually cited as evidence of his agitating the rioters.
“We got to get this s**t burned,” he purportedly states in one of the videos, before adding: “It’s our house motherf*****.”

Sullivan allegedly told protesters climbing the walls of the Capitol, “You guys are f**king savage. Let’s go!”
“This s**t is ours!” the left-wing activist yells in the midst of the riot, according to reports. “F**k yeah. I can’t believe this is reality.”
