The aftermath of President Trump’s strike to take out Iranian terrorist Qasem Soleimani has shown that Democrats have decided to place their party’s political interests over Americans’ safety. democrats unhinged
In what should end every Democrats’ issue with the legality of the strike, former DHS Secretary and Pentagon General Counsel under the Obama and Biden, Jeh Johnson says the strike was a “lawful military objective” and that President Trump had “ample domestic legal authority to take him out.”
It is a sad day for America when taking out a terrorist who was responsible for the deaths of over 600 Americans is met with transparently partisan opposition.
Elizabeth Warren pushed wildly irresponsible conspiracy theories that the Soleimani strike was solely a distraction from impeachment.

One Democrat Representative had the audacity to suggest that President Trump killing terrorists supports their impeachment argument.
Speaker Pelosi said the strike was “disproportionate.”
Soleimani was responsible for killing hundreds and injuring thousands of American soldiers. Before the strike, there was an imminent threat to American lives, now Democrats are questioning the intel. Does Pelosi really want to communicate to the families who lost loved ones at the hands of Soleimani that taking out an evil terrorist was “disproportionate?” How many more American lives would need to be lost for Pelosi to consider taking out a terrorist leader to be proportionate?
And not to be left out, Joe Biden has completely gone off the deep end suggesting, “This is a crisis totally of Donald Trump’s making.”
Let’s take a trip down memory lane:
Reminder: After Obama Biden administration gave Iran $150 billion in sanctions relief, John Kerry said that some of that money will fund terrorism.
Bottom Line: Democrats should listen to former Democrat Vice Presidential candidate Joe Lieberman when he writes, “President Trump’s order to take out Qasem Soleimani was morally, constitutionally and strategically correct. It deserves more bipartisan support than the begrudging or negative reactions it has received thus far from my fellow Democrats.”
