Rep. Adam Schiff appeared on HBO’s Real Time with Bill Maher this weekend to discuss Democrat plans following the release of the Mueller report.

The report debunked many myths that the resistance party had perpetuated for over two years, the most important one being that there was no collusion between President Trump’s campaign and Russia.

Schiff, like many of his Democrat colleagues, isn’t content with the findings of an exhaustive investigation that spanned years, involved hundreds and hundreds of interviews and witnesses, and cost over $25 million.

Schiff is a Stalker

Schiff plans to keep digging. As such, Maher called Schiff – and by extension, the entire party – out, by accusing him of “stalking” the President with his continued push for impeachment.

“This was our big gun,” he told the House Intelligence Committee Chairman. “Now it just looks like you’re stalking him.”

Schiff seemed rather taken aback by the assertion. Maher’s moments of clarity are few and fleeting, but when they come he truly levels liberals.

And he wasn’t finished, adding that Mueller was really the last gasp hope for both parties to agree that something may have occurred.

“Left and right basically agreed, this is a guy of honor, this is an honest guy, an honest broker, whatever he says goes,” Maher analyzed. “The fact that he was like umm … If you couldn’t impeach before, how are you going to impeach after? Or should you?”

Schiff snapped back to reality and admitted he’d gone too far. Just kidding – He still insisted on impeaching Trump.

“Here’s the awful dilemma that we face: if we don’t impeach him, that sends a message that this kind of conduct – this obstruction of justice, this kind of willing use of the help of a foreign adversary, all the lies and cover-up – that this is non-impeachable.”

The ‘obstruction of justice’ that didn’t occur, because there was no crime of collusion to obstruct?

Schiff’s Obsession

Anyone paying a modicum of attention to Schiff’s actions the past two years realizes how deep his obsession runs with the Trump family. It is, as Maher suggests, borderline stalking.

He’s not only pushed the collusion conspiracy theory, but he’s also concocted his own, alleging that Donald Trump Jr. had phoned his father about a meeting seeking dirt from the Russians on Hillary Clinton during the 2016 campaign.

That, like many of his theories, blew up in Schiff’s face.

His actions led several lawmakers to demand Schiff step down from his post after spreading these conspiracy theories and promoting his own position as one of authority to promote false accusations against the President.

The House Intelligence Committee should give him the boot. Having a stalker heading up oversight of the administration is an embarrassment.
