Daily Surge publisher Jason Mattera caught up to Hillary Clinton on her DC book tour, and asked the former Secretary of State to sign a copy of Hard Choices for the late Christopher Stevens, the U.S. Ambassador killed in Benghazi. Mattera followed up the request with, “I think you knew him.”
Stevens, along with three others, was killed in Benghazi at the hands of terrorists on September 11, 2012.
Hillary responded by saying, “Yeah, I’m not gonna make it out to Chris Stevens.”
To which Mattera responded, “What difference does it make?”
Mattera was then escorted away by a security detailed he noted was likely more extensive than what Stevens had the night he was killed in Benghazi.
