Rush Limbaugh has come up with the perfect solution for North Carolina in their battle with the feds over their controversial transgender bathroom law.

While we all anxiously await the FBI’s possible criminal referral of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s email investigation, the Department of Justice has apparently grown bored and decided to fight a nonsensical issue in North Carolina – separate bathrooms for men and women.

Obama’s attorney general Loretta Lynch told the transgender community that the Obama administration “will do everything we can to protect you going forward” and have filed a lawsuit against the state.

In other words, “we will fight for your right to identify as whatever you want so you can enter whatever bathroom you’d like.”

Limbaugh has the perfect legal counter to the administration’s lawsuit.

Via the Daily Caller:

To counter the Obama Department of Justice suit regarding transgender bathrooms in North Carolina, Rush Limbaugh suggested that the state should no longer identify as North Carolina for the duration of the suit.

Monday on “The Rush Limbaugh Show,” Limbaugh, noting that the DOJ gave the state of North Carolina three days to “throw that bill out,” said that “If the DOJ gets their way, every business 15 employees or more, is gonna have to have unisex bathrooms and anybody can go into whatever bathroom they want depending how they want to identify or want to present that day.”

“The solution here might be that the North Carolina governor could say that we don’t identify as North Carolina anymore, and therefore your lawsuit against us is irrelevant,” Limbaugh suggested. “‘We’re not North Carolina. We don’t identify that way, as long as your lawsuit [is in effect].’”

“I mean, it’s absurd here! What do you mean, the way I want to present one day,” Limbaugh commented.

It’s brilliant. What better way to counter absurd liberal concepts than with even more absurd liberal concepts?

Because in the world of liberals, unisex bathrooms are the hill to die on. It is the new civil rights movement.

Don’t believe us? U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch – the freaking ATTORNEY GENERAL – just went before the American people and compared the right of grown men to share bathrooms with women and girls to Jim Crow laws and resistance to school desegregation.

Nothing like watching an African-American attorney general spit on the real civil rights issues of the past, than having her compare that struggle to the North Carolina bathroom law.
