Baltimore Ravens star tight end and former Super Bowl champion, Benjamin Watson, recently voiced some harsh criticism toward’s Planned Parenthood and the abortion industry in general.
Watson slammed Planned Parenthood for being founded on the concept of ‘exterminating blacks,’ but also criticized the black community for backing Democrats who support them.
Essentially the football star said the organization’s original intent is coming to fruition, and it’s the black community that’s making it possible.
What about the lives lost at Planned Parenthood – Do they not matter?
Via Fox News Insider:
Watson, a devout Christian, said that blacks make up a large proportion of those who get abortions, and “the whole idea with Planned Parenthood and [founder Margaret] Sanger in the past was to exterminate blacks, and it’s kind of ironic that it’s working.”
“We [as minorities] support candidates, and overwhelmingly support the idea of having Planned Parenthood and the like, and yet, that is why she created it,” the NFL star told theTurning Point Pregnancy Resource Center.
“We are buying it hook, line and sinker, like it’s a great thing. It’s just amazing to me and abortion saddens me, period.”
Watson added – “We sit here and talk about advancing the black agenda, whatever that means, we talk about our interests, and what’s important to us – like having political power and advancement and all those things – and then we are turning around and we are killing our children. And we are buying the lie that it’s our personal decision to make.”
The loss of black lives at the hands of liberals and Planned Parenthood is massively important to African-Americans, as 63 percent of abortions performed in his county involve black women.
Watson has made his voice heard in the past on other important topics, lashing out at rioters in Ferguson and actively promoting his Christian faith.
