Leaked video from a private birthday party for pop star Beyonce shows former First Lady Michelle Obama living it up with the famous singer.

The party was for the star’s 34th birthday in 2016, but video was just recently posted to social media.

Two clips have surfaced, one of which shows Obama joining others at the party in saying ‘Bye Felicia!’ to a camera phone.

Via Vogue:

Michelle Obama and Beyoncé have never kept their mutual appreciation a secret. The two have been friends for almost a decade. It started when Beyoncé attended President Obama’s inauguration with her husband, Jay-Z, in 2008, and later serenaded the new first couple with a rendition of Etta James’s “At Last.”

Over the years, the two continued to grow closer, collaborating on several causes (including the First Lady’s Let’s Move campaign against childhood obesity), and even bringing their families together at Camp David. And while we knew these two powerhouses were friends, it was hard to picture them just casually hanging out together (their schedules alone must have made it close to impossible).

Thankfully, this morning, fan group the Beehive released a short clip on Twitter showing Obama, Beyoncé, and Solange doing just that at the superstar’s birthday party last year. Who knew a video of Bey and Michelle saying “Bye, Felicia” could be so satisfying?

A fan club for Beyonce confirmed the video was legit …

Note the framed, autographed, Obama Laker jersey in the background of this tweet …

For those not familiar with ‘Bye Felicia,’ it comes from a clip in the 1995 movie “Friday” starring Ice Cube and Chris Tucker.

Bustle explains:

You can thank Ice Cube for the phrase. “Bye, Felicia” is a line uttered by the actor in the 1995 flick Friday. Here’s the gist: Felicia (Angela Means-Kaaya) wants to borrow a car. Smokey (Chris Tucker) says no way. Then Felicia wants to borrow a joint. Again, Smokey refuses. To dismiss Felicia, Jones (Ice Cube) waves her off with “Bye, Felicia.” Check out the clip below.

Hmmm … Maybe they were getting the Choom Gang back together.

Beyonce has long been a good friend and big fan of Michelle and Barack Obama, performing for them on numerous occasions and even sharing in their anti-police views.

The video shows that the Obama’s weren’t exactly the common, every day Americans they portrayed, instead partying it up with multi-millionaire celebrities at every turn.
