Or maybe it won’t … America seems to have grown immune to Hillary Clinton’s scandals, lies, and tall tales.

Clinton was finally forced to answer questions under oath about her private email server but apparently came down with a severe bout of amnesia instead.

Of the 25 questions submitted to her, Clinton answered with some variant of the words “does not recall” 21 times.

Via the New York Post:

Hillary Clinton said under oath in a court filing Thursday that she can’t recall key details about her use of a private email server or she refused to answer questions about it posed by a conservative legal group.

Clinton lawyer David Kendall provided the Democratic presidential nominee’s sworn responses to 25 written questions submitted by Judicial Watch. The group has filed multiple lawsuits seeking copies of government documents from Clinton’s tenure as secretary of state.

Clinton’s answers provided no new information beyond what she told FBI agents during the recently closed investigation into whether she and her staff mishandled classified information.

In her responses, Clinton used some variation of “does not recall” at least 21 times.

The memory issues were reminiscent (though she probably doesn’t recall) of Clinton’s interview with the FBI, in which she couldn’t recall details of her private email server over three dozen times.

In one of the Judicial Watch questions, Clinton is asked if she had been warned that using a private email account conflicted with federal record-keeping rules.

Her response was that “she does not recall being advised, cautioned, or warned, she does not recall that it was ever suggested to her, and she does not recall participating in any communication, conversation, or meeting in which it was discussed.”

Odd, since she doesn’t have to travel back to 2009 in her memory banks to recall an answer to that particular question.

It was just a month ago that reports from the FBI investigation showed that Clinton was indeed informed of the Federal Records Act but ignored it because she wanted control over “sensitive” messages.

For instance, the sources said agents secured testimony and documents suggesting that Mrs. Clinton’s team:

-Was informed in 2009 that she had an obligation under the records law to forward any government-related records contained in private email to a new record preservation system known as SMART but chose not to do so because her office wanted to keep control over “sensitive” messages.

It’s also quite perplexing that the former Secretary of State was able to recall a dinner conversation about emails with Colin Powell over 7 years ago, a conversation Powell himself couldn’t remember, but couldn’t seem to remember any official training on federal record-keeping rules.

Judicial Watch president Tom Fitton said, “Mrs. Clinton’s refusal to answer many of the questions in a clear and straightforward manner further reflects disdain for the rule of law.”

Does anyone believe that Hillary Clinton couldn’t recall the answers to any of these questions?
